Reservations cancelled 24 hours or more prior to arrival--$25 fee. Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival, and No Shows--$25 fee, plus the cost of one night's stay including tax, cleaning fee and any other inclusive surcharge. A $25 change fee applies once the reservation is confirmed. A credit card imprint or cash deposit equal to one night's stay is required at the time of check in for telephone and other incidental charges that may be incurred.
