The Paddington Park, a new boutique hotel in the heart of London's Paddington is being launched by independent hoteliers, London Town Hotels. Rejecting the 'cookie cutter' approach, London Town Hotels is investing an estimated £4 million to create an exquisite, chic hotel in this thriving part of London.

"Increasingly consumers are becoming more sophisticated and are looking for a unique aesthetic experience with attentive service, individual style and the personal touch" states Koolesh Shah, Managing Director of London Town Hotels. "We aim to capture the imagination of our guests and offer them all of this in a great location."

On the doorstep of Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express, guests can effortlessly travel from the plane to the train to the hotel...all a simple transition providing added convenience and saving guests' time.

London Town Hotels will embark on this new project with renowned architects and interior designers, Douglas Wallace, recognised for their outstanding contribution to the new boutique hotels and spas throughout the UK and Europe. "We are delighted to have been invited by London Town Hotels to work with them on the design of The Paddington Park" remarks Sue Wheldon, Director of Douglas Wallace. "The Paddington Park is located in one of the most exciting areas of London - Paddington. It is such a vibrant and important hub for the city, already home to the London Headquarters of many major/blue chip companies. At last there will be a boutique hotel right in the heart of Paddington."

Opening early spring 2008, The Paddington Park will feature a contrast of dark woods, open spaces and frosted glass paneling offset by contemporary lighting. The hotel will have a light and airy feel to it. The lobby fireplace emulates the warmth and inviting environment, noticeable throughout the hotel. It will be a place to feel comfortable and at home - yet with all the up to the minute amenities you would expect of a 4 star hotel.

The distinctive design will be carried across to all 85 bedrooms, which will be equipped with large LCD flat screen TV, in room high speed internet access (wired and wireless), on-demand movies, complimentary tea and coffee, air conditioning and more.

Guests will be invited to dine in the stylish new restaurant, meet or relax in the stunning hotel bar or work off a sweat in the state-of-the-art fitness centre. For business clients, contemporary-styled meeting rooms to accommodate up to 30 people will be available. Preview the hotel at The Paddington Park
