“The Mercure Hotel Paddington is in a fabulous position for National Rail and the Underground. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and there is a locked luggage room which is an asset. The beds are very comfortable and there are tea/coffee making facilities, with biscuits provided. Chocolates left on pillows on the second night, a very nice touch. Rooms are cosy, but some have restricted space around the bed. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and cannot be faulted. We shall certainly stay there on each visit to London from now on.”

“The super friendly and efficient Inna, who works on reception and managed to change me into a twin room, after I had mistakenly booked a double room. Great Location if you need to be near Paddington station, where there are lots of seedy hotels, luckily this is not one of them.”

“Close to Tube and Heathrow Express. To Heathrow only take 25 mins... Souvenir shop is nearby. Also food store easy to get especially Halal food. So many Halal food nearby the hotel. The in house(hotel) entertainment also good even though you have to pay for it...”

“Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was small but cosy. Spacious lounge at the basement area. This was useful as I arrived on an early morning flight and check in time was 2pm. I had a place where I could comfortably wait while waiting for my room to be ready. I did not have to wait until 2pm as the Reception staff allowed me to check in once a room was available. There were plenty of eateries around the hotel which was convenient. Paddington Station was just a stone throw away!”

“Location is excellent. The staff is very cooperative. Evening supervisor daily visited us asking about any further needs. The wifi is free and fast. I liked the breakfast at Garfunkel's which was complimentary. You can easily access the underground from the hotel and other places. Just take the heathrow express or connect from the airport and you will reach the hotel easily.”

Mercure London Paddington Hotel is an excellent designer style hotel in the heart of central London to review. This luxurious central London hotel provides all the modern facilities with room service from Garfunkel's Restaurant, well equipped State-of-the-Art Fitness Centre and two beautifully designed conference Boardrooms make this Paddington hotel a superb choice and excellent value. Our fully air conditioned hotel has strong preference for not only to satisfy the difficult demands of today's business travellers but also to offer a very contented stay for today's leisure traveller.
