London's World Barista Championships 2010 is the greatest coffee competition in the world. Organised by the Speciality Coffee Association of Europe and the Specialty Coffee Association of America, the World Barista Championships '10 will be held at Olympia London exhibition centre.
The World Barista Championships in London is the culmination of numerous local competitions from around the world. Over 50 countries will put forward their top baristas (coffee makers) to prepare highly scrutinised espressos, cappuccinos and signature drinks.
Contestants at the London World Barista Championships '10 will only have 15 minutes to prepare their beverages before the judges come to test. Analysing taste, cleanliness, creativity, technical skill, and overall presentation; the bar is set very high and only truly exceptional coffees will make the grade.
Accompanied by music and very exciting, the World Barista Championships London will engage a worldwide audience and help give a boost to the coffee industry and barista profession. Discover who will be crowned the '10 World Barista Champion!
