Hyde Park, Knightsbridge, Westminster, London, W2 2U
Telephone: 0871 231 0824
Christmas is just around the corner again and from mid-November to early January a part of Hyde Park close to Hyde Park Corner is turned into a Winter Wonderland for the benefit of London's younger visitors.
Get fully into the swing for Christmas with a visit to Santa and his assistants at his grotto at the bandstand in London Hyde Park to request the presents you would like to receive. There will also be a traditional German Christmas Market including fairground rides, a giant ferris wheel and ice skating - all designed to help you get into the Christmas spirit.
Ice skating is always fun - for those who can and for those who have not yet learned - and a great way to warm up in a London winter. The Ferris wheel provides a superb view across the Christmas market and over the whole of Hyde Park - London's largest open space - perhaps before trying out the much larger version - the London Eye?
