Victoria & Albert: Art & Love in London will focuses on more than 400 art specimens from the Royal Collection that had a special and personal attachment to Queen Victoria and Prince Albert.
All the pieces in the Victoria & Albert: Art & Love exhibition in London were collected by Queen Victoria and Prince Albert during their 22 year relationship. Both royals had a strong passion for art and a third of the objects on display were exchanged as gifts between the lovers on special occasions.
Challenging the standard image of Queen Victoria as a hard-minded woman, the Victoria & Albert: Art & Love London exhibition describes her passionate and open-minded nature as a young woman.
