Taste of London If eating is your pleasure, then this Regent's Park festival of al fresco dining, where over forty of London's best restaurants demonstrate their culinary skills - already endorsed by innumerable Michelin stars - is for you. "Taste of..." has become so popular that it is touring six cities nationwide this year but London remains its home and the largest of all. Le Gavroche, Boxwood Cafe (of Gordon Ramsey fame), L'Atelier du Joel Robuchon, Club Gascon, Kai, Snazz Sichuan, China Tang - some of London's very best restaurants participate to offer you the chance to sample as many as seven or eight miniature speciality dishes in one meal. As you may gather from the short list of participants, this year's festival includes a Taste of China section to celebrate the part Chinese restaurants have long played in London's culinary fame. As you wind your way through over 120 stalls of delightful eating, drinking and shopping, you will be serenaded by live jazz and opera sounds to make the atmosphere complete. "If eating is your pleasure" - you should definitely not miss this wonderful gourmet picnic.
