William Shakespeare, world famous playwright and a poet, is celebrating his birthday this year and a whole weekend of celebration will be held from 23 April.

This guided walk will trace the footsteps of Shakespeare in Tudor London, starts at either Westminster Abbey or at Shakespeare Theatre at Shoreditch, this walk will include a brief visit to the Globe Theatre.

There will be festivities and admission is FREE! In the Globe Theatre stage there will be a workshop where actors will train members of the public to perform lines of Shakespeare. So if you are a real fan of the master himself this is one event you should not miss!

Silent Shakespeare at the Globe, a series of silent films will be projected from the Bankside as the white walls of the Globe becomes Silver Screen.

Cost: Walks £16-£13
Opening Hours: Sat walks set off every 15 mins 10am-12.45pm; Sun 11am-4pm; Mon films 7pm & 8pm (films approximately 45 mins)
