Riders to the Sea London In November the English National Opera will present a unique production Riders to the Sea at the London Coliseum to commemorate Ralph Vaughan Williams' 50th death anniversary.

Closely based on J.M. Synge's one-act tragedy, the play is set in the Aran Islands, and like all of Synge's plays it is noted for capturing the poetic dialogue of rural Ireland.
