The Mind Body Spirit Festival takes an unconventional look at life and may offer the answer to many of your life's problems and challenges. Already in its 32nd year, the Mind Body Spirit Festival is noted for a history of healing for those happy to accept meditation and hypnosis as a part of everyday life. Although using displaying less than conventional means, several past exhibitors have succeeded n the conventional world and include the likes of The Body Shop and Neal's Yard Apothecary. Learn something of the potential benefits of yoga, hypnosis, music and dance workshops and foodstuffs such as the range of vegetarian food now available as well as getting some healthy eating tips. Find out how healthy - or otherwise - you are by looking at your tongue, nails, eyes and posture. You will have to come with an open mind to benefit from all that this Festival can teach you about yourself.
