Virgin London Marathon 2013 promises to be as impressive as ever. Thousands of runners and thousands of spectators will take to the streets of London to enjoy a day of fitness fun.

Most people don't take the London Marathon too seriously and use it as a vehicle to raise money for various charities. However, expect to see serious Olympic athletes at the front of the Virgin London Marathon.

A great way to spot famous people in London from all industries; the Virgin London Marathon '13 will see TV personalities, big celebrities and sporting legends compete along the 26 mile course.

Spectators of the Virgin London Marathon can cleverly use the London Underground and DLR to plan their day so that they see certain runners pass-by multiple times.

The course for the Virgin London Marathon is plotted to include sights of some of the greatest London attractions with stretches along the River Thames, around Canary Wharf and into Central London.
