Hansel and Gretel at the Theatre Royal Stratford East, London and Royal Opera House Convent Gaden, London will welcome everyone, regardless of their age, to experience the pitfalls and magic of the spooky forest.
Based on the fairy tale by Brothers Grimm story, Hansel and Gretel are forced into a spooky forest by their weak-willed father.
Join Hansel and Gretel on their journey through the forest into a house made of ginger bread and candies, with sugar windows. Meet the wicked Witch who lures the children into her magic house and treats them with sweets, pretending to be a good old lady. Secretly hoping to fatten the children and then eat them, the witch does not succeed.
Hansel and Gretel escape taking jewels from her house and coming home to be reunited with their father.
Dynamic and adapted to this day events, the fairy tail of Hansel and Gretel at the Theatre Royal Stratford East, London promises to be fun!
