The Serpentine Gallery will present 4,900 Colours exhibition by Gerhard Richter this September and will welcome visitors until mid-November.Gerhard Richter was born in Dresden in 1932 and throughout his life has produced a remarkably varied body of work, including photography-based portrait, landscape and still-life paintings. His new work, 4,900 Colours, can be reconfigured in different variations: special version of 49 paintings has been created especially for the gallery.
