An altogether different style of Easter egg trail that brings out your children's adventurous spirit and immerses them in a make-believe world of finding clues and deciphering top-secret messages and passwords. St. James's Park, the Churchill Museum and the cabinet War Rooms all lend themselves exceptionally well to giving your children the opportunity to act as spies, carefully choose their routes in search of the treasure and head off to discover the password that will take them to the carefully hidden treasure - in this case, much sought after golden eggs! Naturally, for the sake of all involved, beneath the gold is even more sought after chocolate! Along the way, your children have a chance to learn something of the history behind the Cabinet War Rooms and Churchill museum, especially. Once the hunt is over, you are, of course, in a great area to make a full day of it - whatever your interest and pleasure. The fascinating spots in Westminster are at hand and a healthy walk will take you to other museums - such as the London Transport Museum in Covent Garden - or across the Thames to the London Aquarium and, of course, the London Eye for superb views across central London.
