This summer, throughout August and September the State Rooms at Buckingham Palace open to the public for 8 weeks.
Buckingham Palace Summer Opening 2013 in London is a superb opportunity to look into the working life of the British Royal Family. There are also some exquisite royal gifts, including priceless Faberge Eggs, on display.
The Summer Opening will also allow guests to witness the lavish decorations within London's Royal Palace such as Paintings by Rembrandt, Rubens, Vermeer, Poussin, Canaletto, Claude and Exquisite examples of Sevres porcelain and the finest English and French furniture.
This year, Buckingham Palace Summer Opening will also include a special exhibition "Diamonds: A Jubilee Celebration", which will showcase a number of The Queen's personal jewels.
This year's exhibition gives you the opportunity to get up close and personal with a very impressive collection of necklaces, diamond tiaras, bracelets and earrings, which have all been collected by various royal family members, including the current monarch.
