Body Worlds: The Original Exhibition of Real Human Bodies at the O2 Arena in London offers a chance to examine human anatomy and physiology and see from very close the layers of human body.

The secret of this science exhibition is its creator's, Dr.Von Hagens, groundbreaking science of Plastination, which helps preserve the bodies so they can be presented in aesthetic displays.

Bodies are not behind the glass and one can come very close to examine them, which makes it so interesting. Scientist, Gunther von Hagens and physician, Angelina Whalley took the study of the human body to another level, much more accessible to general public. Not many these days, apart those studying or involved with medicine, have a chance to look at human bodies from that close. At every stage of its life cycle, the human body experiences changes and milestones.

At the exhibition you will find out the effects smoking and disease have on the human body - and discover the changes that take place as the body moves through different experiences in its lifetime.

Displays, featuring most 'models' in action, look very real and there are some dramatic ones, including the embryo in different stages of its development. Not only interesting, but also educational Body Worlds: The Original Exhibition of Real Human Bodies at the London O2 is truly worth visiting.

So far over 25 million people around the world have seen the exhibition as it was displayed in North America, Asia and Europe. Body Worlds: The Original Exhibition of Real Human Bodies at the London O2 Arena will be displayed until late August 2009.
