The BAR Show, or the BAR 08 as it is getting to be known by the year of the show, is an annual event organized at the Earl's Court 0ne and is aimed at bringing together decision makers, leaders, international bar stars and style gurus from all over the world onto a common platform to display their genius and services.

It is no secret that the UK bars have played a major role and have had a lasting impact on the hospitality industry in the UK. The restaurants, cafes, hotels, clubs and bars have embraced a rather contemporary style of operation in the past decade. It is the intention of the organisers of the BAR 08 to try to reflect this very influence on the modern hospitality industry.

The introduction of the BAR Build and BAR Menu by the BAR 08 is intended for a more focused approach to the various sectors within the premium hospitability business. The BAR Menu is to run alongside the BAR Show. The two new sections are designed to offer better clarity to the visitors and will be promoted through individual marketing programs to the relevant audiences.

Further to this the two new introductions the BAR Build and Menu is intended to offer the industry professionals an opportunity to view coming trends across all sectors of the hospitability industry.

Judging from the response to the BAR 08 by the leaders of the industry, this is promising to be the hospitality show of the century!
