The Art of the Poster exhibition at the London Transport Museum promises to be an excellent poster designs display used by the London's public transport network. The exhibition will feature both leading artists' and amateurs work in a guide through the history which started in 1908 when the first graphic poster was commissioned by the London Underground.

The exhibition at the London Transport Museum will be supported by photographs, sketches and more and featured artists will include John Nash, Alan Fletcher, John Hassall and more.

With over 60 original artworks on display, the Art of the Poster exhibition will reveal fascinating stories behind some of the works and reveal exciting details on why the painting by world renowned artist John Nash was never published and more.

The Art of the Poster exhibition at the London Transport Museum is a must for those interested in art history, design or poster art in general.

Cost: Adults £10; Senior citizens £8; students £6.00

Time: Saturday to Thursday 10.00 to 18.00 (last admission 17.15)
            Friday 11.00 to 21.00 (last admission 20.15)

Age Restrictions: Children under 16 free, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
