How do I make changes to my booking? (dates, names, hotels)
To make changes to your existing reservation, please call our Central Reservations Office and our reservation agents will be happy to help you. Please note that any amendment made less than 24 hours prior to arrival which involves a reduction in the number of rooms will incur a charge in line with our cancellation Policy.
What is the cancellation policy on my booking?
Should you need to cancel your booking you can do so without penalty up to 24 hours prior to arrival by contacting our Central Reservations Office. A cancellation less than 24 hours prior to arrival or a no show will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.
Who can I contact for help with my booking?
If you need to talk to someone concerning your booking or just need help, you can call our Central Reservation Office on phone : +44 (0) 207 835 2000. Email requests for assistance should be addressed to reservations@lth-hotels.com. Replies may take up to 24 hours if submitted outside normal business hours.
Where is your grievance cell?
London Town Hotels aims to provide the best service possible and will work on behalf of our clients to rectify any difficulties relating to your hotel reservation. In the event of any disappointment, please talk immediately to your Receptionist, who will do his or her best to resolve the problem for you. Any grievance should be notified to us in writing together with supporting documentation to our Central Reservations office within 60 days of the mailing of the first credit card statement showing any discrepancies for billing and payment issues or within 60 days after the completion of travel services provided.
