1. Quote your Reservation Number from your online booking made through

2. Give us up to 3 preferences, in sequence, of the Shows you would like to see and the day or days you would like to see them
3. Tell us whether you want us to book the first available of your preferences or e-mail an offer back to you (if you visit is quite close, please note that ticket availability is limited and can change rapidly)
4. Either tell us a credit card number, type of card and expiry date to charge the tickets to or simply confirm that we are authorised to use the credit card given as a guarantee on your hotel reservation with us
Assuming one, at least, of your ticket choices is available and you have given us authority to book for your with a credit card, we will confirm back to you and your tickets will be available for collection at the theatre Box Office. If your choice were not available or if you do not authorise us to go ahead and book for you, we will e-mail you back with the best available choices for you.
