Front Desk Is Open Monday To Friday 9:30am-5:30pm And Saturdays 10am-5pm. No Check Ins Allowed Before Or After Front Desk Hours Unless Prearranged. Guests Checking In Earlier Or Later Than Front Desk Hours, Need To Call 800- 627-7019 To Receive Information Regarding After Hours Check In.
No Arrivals Will Be Accepted After 8 Pm Or On Sundays.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival - $25 fee. Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival - $25 fee plus the cost of three night's stay, including tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees, and any other inclusive surcharges. A $25 change fee applies once reservation is confirmed. A credit card imprint or a cash deposit of 250 pounds (approx. $404 USD) is required at time of check in for telephone and any other incidental charges that may be incurred. No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts. Guests arriving after 5:30 PM must notify the hotel prior to arrival date. No arrivals after 8 PM. No arrivals on Sundays.
