We are requiring 4 Receptionist's to work with our fast developing London hotels under the brand name Quality Crown Hotels located in central locations of Paddington, Hyde Park and Kensington. All our Quality Crown London hotels are located within a few minutes walking distance from Paddington and Kensington Tube stations.
To be a successful RECEPTIONIST one needs to have outstanding customer service skills and a genuine passion for service delivery and should be able to create an excellent customer experience. A natural, confident communicator with outstanding communication skills and an excellent team player, you should be quick thinking and responsive with the ability to adapt to changing guests' needs. Candidates must have at least 2 years relevant job experience and working knowledge of Fidelio and/or Opera.

HOTEL INDIGO LONDON. PADDINGTON, 4*+
For our 4* boutique style Indigo Hotel, we are looking for the following positions:
RECEPTIONISTS
2 receptionists for full time, day and night and 2 part time night receptionist.
We are only looking for candidates with superb previous experience in the hotel industry and good knowledge of Opera or Opera Express and Holidex..
Requirements:
·Minimum 2 years hotel reception experience.
·Fluent in English, bilingual is an added advantage.
·Must be flexible to work around shifts, weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.
·Must have good knowledge of computer usage and Opera Hotel Management System and Holidex.
Pay rate will depend on individuals experience but it will be between £5.73 to £6.50 per hour.
HOUSEKEEPER
We are seeking an outstanding, highly motivated and enthusiastic Housekeeper to head our Housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will be an excellent team player who strives to constantly improve guest satisfaction. To ensure that all guests who visit Indigo Paddington receive a level of cleanliness and hospitality that exceeds their expectations with an exceptional high level of attention to details and continuous customer focus.
Requirements:
·2 years Housekeeper level with a 4 star boutique hotel
·Exceptional customer service skills are essential
·Ability to delivery highest cleanliness standards
·Able to work under pressure
·A high standard of personal presentation
·Strong organisational skills
·Fluency in written and spoken English
