The Hippodrome in London boasts a vibrant and exciting history. It was designed by Frank Tatcham in 1900 for water circus and variety performances, but was later converted into a Music Hall Stage. Its stage was loved by every well-liked artist of the day all through the 60s and 70s as well as Shirley Bassey, Ethel Merman and Judy Garland others.

The Hippodrome theatre in London is currently showing La Clique, a live and spectacular melange of cabaret, new burlesque, circus sideshow and contemporary variety. Praised as 'spellbinding, sexy and stunning' by Time Out, La Clique will guarantee a good time out! La Clique is scheduled to play at the London Hippodrome Theatre in Leicester Square until 27th June, 2009 and will then move to the Camden's Roundhouse for a Christmas season.
