Earls Court Exhibition Center
Earls Court serves as one of the most supreme and perfect venue for a variety of events taking place in London. It can house hundreds of people for any kind of large and small exhibition or activity happening. Earls Court is exactly located on the boundary between the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Hammersmith and Fulham. It was a waste ground for many years until the two underground stations occurred, Earl's Court and West Brompton, opposite its entrances on Warwick Road and the Old Brompton Road.
The first constructed building of Earl's Court is referred as Earls Court One, which housed its first show on 1st September 1937, for a chocolate and confectionery exhibition. With the increasing demand and popularity of Earls Court a second building of Earls Court was constructed which is today known as Earls Court Two. Earls Court is a venue for much kind of big events such as big exhibitions, parties and music shows. Apart the center is also an ideal choice for any type of conference meeting or for entertainment facilities as well.
A swimming pool is located in ground floor of Earls Court One which is 198feet long and 66 feet wide and takes about two weeks to change the water if used. Earls Court One is also planning to build an in-house casino, gym and a health club.
Earls Court is an annually chosen venue for certain big and popular events. It hosts shows and exhibitions like the Ideal Home Show, the BRIT Awards and the MPH Show, one of Britain's largest motoring exhibitions. Earls Court will also host the Volleyball competitions in the 2012 Summer Olympics. Earls Court is today's one of the most sought and preferred venue of London.
