
Cambridge Theatre in London
The London Cambridge Theatre is a contemporary theatre in London featuring elegant and notable design. With a history of relatively short run productions, the London Cambridge theatre was also utilized for trade film shows in the late 1930s and again in the year 1969 as a cinema.
In the late 1970s the Kander and Ebb musical Chicago ran for 590 performances at the Cambridge Theatre and today it is back on stage with Jerry Springer for a strictly limited season. In the UK Jerry Springer made a memorable programme for the BBC's series 'Who do you think you are' tracing his roots back from his birth in Highgate tube station during WWII. He has also hosted ITV's 'This Morning' Channel, the BBC's 'Have I Got News and For You'4's Friday Night Project.
